I hate the moving one ship or fleet causes another ship or fleet to also move glitch. It is testing my profanity skills, they are still good though. I am going to judo practice on Monday and someone is going down because of this. I have also run into the one ship that can't be added to a fleet. Please, please fix this ship moving thing soon.

Stpinmass, I believe most of us that have been around for the beta cycle were happy the game came out when it did. I paid my money long ago. I guess we could have waited another couple months for a much more polished version, but I would much rather have the game in hand. I think Stardock knows their customers well. As you can see by this post most of us are content, even happy with the game. We know the patches are coming. That some are unhappy is the nature of the business, ca

This has probably been mentioned somewhere else I am sure... It always is. After loading the last patch and the bonus pack and the special addition stuff. Every time I start the game I get a message looking for a cd. I can hit cancel and the game comes up, so no big deal but I thought I would say something about it. I will skip the oppertunity to whine and congradulate you on a fine job. Thanks, .JG.

I believe the market for good PC games has always been there, but there was/is a lull (with exceptions) in the games being made. I was at at Best Buy this week end and they have one row of PC games and most of them are graphics driven crap that is a pc version of or should be a console game. Then they wonder why sales stink. If I didn't already have it GalCiv 2 was one of the only games I would have considered buying.

I was in Best Buy in Lakeland, FL on Sunday 02/26/06 and saw the game on the shelf. They only had one copy though. Sorry no pictures, I didn't know.

My download of the game update is sticking on the GC2launch.exe file. Should I leave it alone or shut down stardock and start again? Thank you, .JG.

This feels like Christmas when I was a kid. Laying in bed wide awake at 4 AM wishing that morning would hurry up already. I bet you guys at Stardock ar enjoying this. I have to admit I would be. Probably the only reason for the wait. .JG.

I am thinking because of fleets I like the idea of food names. Kind of like ingredients: Bacon, lettuce, tomato Ham, turkey club pepperoni, mushroom, b olive pizza strawberry, banana, peanut butter smothie etc. Kidding... well sort of. I like mean sounding names venom, razor, harbinger, spike... Or my kids names and I have 6 plus nicknames and assorted friends which gets me most of the way through a game. Nothing like the dread destroyer Kate kicking

I remember the initial release of Galciv 1, I was one of the lucky people whose operating system got fried. I hold no grudges and bravery... or maybe stupidity more likely is pushing me forward. Goodluck, though hopefully you won't need it. Another benefit of your beta process is all us betas have got to know you guys as almost human or something. So, I am sure we will be almost moderate in our curses and whining throughout the craziness that may or may not happen. I will be anyw

Freedom is a state by state issue in the USA. If you haven't traveled it much or don't live here you prbably wouldn't understand.

I am from New Hampshire the "Live Free or Die" State. Why is it that the solution to problems like this is always to put limitations or restrictions on people? For every one incident of gaming craziness there are 100's or 1000's of responsible people playing them. If I choose to spend my day off playing computer games it is my business. Government should spend their time prosecuting the screw ups and leave the rest of us alone. We should not cater to the lowest denominator. Addicts will fi
