Anybody else have this problem- initial install of WB 5.5 and reboot. Upon first selection and install of first skin explorer stops at the blur effect-explorer restarts and all ok. Unload WB and go back to vista aero and then open WB control page apply skin and again at blur effect explorer crashes-restarts all ok. Then any skin changes have no failures until unload again. whenever I download and install 5.5 on my version of vista and restart upon application of a skin after restart explorer crashes. I have also done a clean install of vista and another install of 5.5 with the same effect- first time I apply a skin it crashes explorer. after a restart to get explorer going all seems to be ok. I also have a glitch with the wallpaper changer function. I like to run webshots on my desktop and unless it is up and running when I install 5.5 I cannot get it to become my

Well---- I installed it on my version of Vista and it crashed explorer on the first skin change! I restarted and then it hung my desktop prior to loading all startup items. Third restart and now all seems ok- so far. Only thing is I run webshots on my desktop and on every restart windowblinds applies its wallpaper and I can't seem to find out how to stop that. of course i dont have sp2 yet but bootskin causes blue screens and several bad start do you want to start in safe mode screens-annoying. uninstall bootskin and no more problems. reinstall bootscreen and back it comes,so for now it off my system-oh well it was nice while it lasted!
