Reply to IconPackager problem - .txt file icon won't change in Icons WinCustomize Forums

I purchased the Object Desktop packaged and loaded the Windowblinds 5, Cursor XP, and stardock. But when I installed the Icon Packager and then rebooted my system the screen turned white, no task bar or anything. I had to do a system restore to get things back to normal. I emailed the problem with the tech support with screen shots of my system and information on my components but I have not heard back from them. Does anyone know what the problem c
