recently disabled vet asking help w/ new hobby in Beginners JoeUser Forums

anyone got some time for some questions im donniedstyle@aol. first being how to get a start menu icon on object dock. I also have a pile of parts from a case to a sound card i need to put together and I have no idea what high speed provider to go with. hit me up anytime. i'd appreciate it. donnie
