You can get the Gloss Themes by going here: https://www.wincustomize.com/myaccount.aspx?reg Look in your account, andf find the Gloss Themes. Choose Link 2 , and it will download a .suite file for each theme. Make sure you have Theme Manager and all required programs installed.

When you look at your serial numbers, inside impulse account details, you will see Download Link 1, which should download MyColors_Setup.exe and the secondary link which downloads the following files: GlossBurgandyFile.zip GlossGreySuite.zip GlossMintSuite.zip
Ive found an alternate solution to this problem. If I go into my account details in Impulse, then click on the registrations, I can click on the secondary link which downloads a zip file containing the theme, I of course have Theme Manager installed so its no biggie.
I looked in Impulse and I noticed these themes are not listed in there. So I go to the page where it shows my registrations, I try one of the serial numbers and it says "There was an error validating your registration." But all of my other themes I own just installed and validated fine? Is Stardock issuing bad serials?
Another alternative is to install Impulse and download the theme thus no need to input your serial number.
Well a few months back , I thought I had asthma and other related breathing issues. It turns out Ive been diagnosed with panic disorder. Its what has been causing these symptoms. About a few months ago, I went into the emergency room because I felt like I was going to pass out. I was all panicky and more , so about 3 hours later the doctor prescribed Xanax and the next day I take it , I feel normal again. What causes me to go into panic is beyond me. Thanks for reading this, its good
I appreciate the time you took out of your day to respond to me, but that does not answer my main question. I am aware that it does not support blur, or anything fancy, but thats not the point. Need to know the main answer if I need to uninstall Mycolors before upgrading.
I have MyColors currently installed on my XP SP3 netbook. (Running it on an external monitor) Is there anything special I have to do before upgrading to Windows Vista Basic? Do I need to remove MyColors or what?
I am updating this thread, I went back to my doctor and the diagnosis is Asthma , but to be sure, I have a PFT test to attend at a hopsital in Folsom on Wednesday. I will let everyone know how its going and update accordingly.
I keep getting the error "There was a problem validating your information, please try again" I verified the serial through Impulse and it checks out okay. Im wondering why its doing this.
This is going to sound strange. My breathing issues were related to my eating habits, I was simply eating too much (no I dont look like a fatass yet hehe) Simply put when I eat too much, I start huffing and puffing. Ive talked to my doctor and he says for now - go for a walk 2 times a day. And eat lighter. Drink more water. I usually do nothing but sit here in front of the TV or Computer room - So that fits the bill. Ive noticed a big improvement already doing this for
My mother said the family had a history of it , but I did not think I would ever develop symptoms of this until now.. I have breathing issues as they refer to it as "COPD" It has made my life less fun and makes me depressed even more. Stardock and Wincustomize are the only think that keeps my mind in a positive state these days, My doctor is going to contact me in a few days with prescriptions and equipment that will help me get through this. Its not fun trust me. Until then I have to
That happens once in awhile for me , I just log off and back on the computer and it solves the issue.
Thanks a lot! This helped quite a bit despite the short reply, it works great!
Im just curious if I shouold only have MyColors on my computer and not both. You see since I am a WinCustomize Subscriber, I tried to download the premium suites, but have not been able to apply them yet because some of the suites require the Theme Manager and is not retrofitted for MyColors. Please advise :)
Stardock Support has not changed, they were the same last year and they are the same this year, top notch. Perhaps your spam filters or other are blocking their replies?
How could I say no to $34.95? Vista is more mature now and Stardock Products have greatly improved to work on Vista so now was the perfect time to purchase.
It has been unbearably slow the last few days to the point where I had to force IE to close because it froze due to a site loading slow.
WinDVD is a nice application for playback of DVD Movies.
Quest was a promotional theme that contained a serial number upon registering for MyColors I dont think its free anymore.
I just redownloaded the skin from the site and all was fine again.
An interesting find today was when I was watching the shopping channel QVC. They were selling Notebook Computers. What I found interesting is that in their product screenshots is Stardock's Object Dock program loaded on the Dell Notebook. I heard about the partnership between Dell and Stardock but did not think it would happen this quickly. I wish I had screenshots to show off this find but it was an interesting find nonetheless!
Love the skin! Im even more proud to be a subscriber now!
I use Auslogics Disk Defrag and its super quick.
Impulse is a no nonsense aesthetically pleasing to the eye application that is easy to manage and simple enough for computer novices to use. I just installed the official released and I am pleased with how this turned out. Sure SDC was pretty good, but it hogged up too much CPU and was not really appropriate for everyday computing. Impluse brings together the best of all worlds.
