How do i change the following colours? in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

Hi, Been using WB for years but come accross an annoying problem... In the pic i have circled three areas that i want to be able to change the colour of, so then i can use a white font, but even going through all the individual colours through WB settings i cant find it ( i was changing each colour to brught green to one at a time) took me ages and im no further forward. Plus how do i change the system font but it not affect IE? i.e if i change the system font to white thats fin
