it is really annoying that they look exactly the same once you've equipped them. I find myself using the horse and wolf thing as a way to tell them apart (white wolves for me, wife and kids, black horse for warriors, brown wolf for casters etc). I agree with the 'class' limitations, i think casters should be limited not only in their weapons but also limited to light or leather armor too for instance. also i really liked being able to create your own custom items and artifacts lik

One thing i really liked about Masters of Magic was how different each of the Heroes were. Each hero not only had different attributes available, specific to them, but the same hero would spawn different attributes from the ones available to it each game. i find the heroes, or champions, in Elemental kind of boring and the level up system seems very limited. i would suggest not only making the leveling up system (to some degree) scalable so that going up a level raises all t
Im also getting OOM crashes in Vista 64Bit at around 400 turns in. while this is far better than the 100 turns i would get with 1.07 its still quite frustrating. It seems that these crashes are pretty much limited to people using 64bit OS, but any idea when we unlucky few might see a real solution?
I am having a similar problem. i'm running vista 64 bit with 12 gigs of ram and its still crashing with 1.07. sometimes it will give me the out of memory error, or sometimes it just wont let me progress to my next turn (usually happens around turn 200 -300).. when are the stability issues going to be resolved?
