Oh yeah, Creativity will definately crank up the speed you put out techs. I don't think that the ability is broken per se, but it is WAAAYYY undervalued for the effect that it now provides. I have used Creativity in the past and gotten no appreciable effects with it. Oops, forgot to add that I was playing the Iconians on a Large galaxy. The game didn't actually crash, per se. It just stopped moving forward.

I have run into a problem with the latest beta build of TOA: The Turn button either vanishes from the screen after clicking on it or it just doesn't work at all.

I am also having a similar problem. I can move the ships within a week's travel, but any farther and the fleet refuses to move. Also, the max move on the fleet description will go to 0 (X/0 where X is the number of moves remaining). Single ships will work fine. Also, I noted this problem back with 1.80d, but so many other issues were cropping up, I didn't report it. At least I've got the fresh beta goodness to tide me over these problems.... B-

I have had a similar problem, but with mine, I also researched advanced hulls, but the new designs did not appear. But it is saving the designs, because I also get the "do you want to overwrite" warning when I try and save with the same name.

.....continuing file Well, I find the Arcean's next. I meet up with their flagship NW of Altaris. Strange, as there is nothing but empty space in that direction. Probably another wormhole jump. Two weeks later (Mid July) my scout ship runs into a Torian ship. I also find the border of Korx Space to my SE, so I'd surmise that the Torians would be in the Star Cluster in the East corner of the galaxy.
