I did not know this until this happened, but it's still a huge fuckup on CD Projekts part. (And Valves, you know, not saying it's one party responsible.)

My opinion of DA2 is the first area is boring, the rest was great. My opinion of Witcher 2 is the first area was great, and after that I got bored. And they've screwed the launch so bad on Steam with no preload and having to redownload a 9gb file post patch that I don't even know when I'll be able to play it again. Possibly not til after the LAN party we're having on June 4th...tons of stuff to DL right now.

Unfortunately it seems to be among those "We Don't Want To Talk About It Because People Will Bitch" things, unless I'm misreading something. Ah well, life goes on I suppose.

It was also later said that they'd worked out a deal with Intel to acquire it for free, I believe.

Out of curiousity, is there still a 64 bit build planned? (I'm not asking when or whatever, just been a while since we heard anything about that.)

Just played a round where my wifey was the only one in a battle who lived, yet she was magically replaced by Relias and listed as dead when the battle was over. ...I swear I've seen that happen before. Weird.
