I lose the game to Memory Errors all the time. I have yet to win a game because I have been playing on the largest maps and late game the crashes get too frequent.

You obviously are not playing 1.08b My archers/catapults could have an attack rating of 1,000 and the combat report would still look like - MISS MISS MISS MISS MISS MISS MISS MISS
