I say K'fab "Jumped the Shark" by agreeing to be bought by Yahoo. Should Stardock take the same approuch and let DX go to someone like Google? ...I hope Brad will be smarter, and just let DX be licenced from SD, and retain some degrees of control over it's future... ...only time will tell. Wicked. BTW, based on the widget I see in the k'fab gallery, I see no reason to install it, even if it's "free".

If the widget uses the IE ActiveX control to obtain the weather it will used the IE proxy settings. I don't know of an easy way to ID weather(or any Internet) widget that is using the IE ActiveX control. I do know that I used it for my Wicked Weather widget. Link Wicked.
