Themes not downloading in Object Desktop JoeUser Forums

I'm having a problem with the Theme Manager - I've downloaded a few theme files (.theme and .xptheme); some are only 1Kb in size while others can be up to 14Mb. It seems that the ones that are such small files then need to download their constituent parts through Theme Manager. However, this never works - it flashes through the "downloading files" dialog, and then on to "applying theme" but there is absolutely no change. I can only assume that it
