Start11 feature request in Start Menu Products Stardock Forums

I love having the taskbar on the left vertical side of my monitor. However, it still feels more natural to click in the lower left of my screen, rather than the upper left, to activate the Start menu. How about an option to create the vertical task bar the other way up, so the Start button is bottom left, and the various icons "grow" upwards from the bottom, rather than downwards from the top? I'm waking up this thread because this silly bug is still not fixed! I'm running Start11 version 2.56, Windows 11 Pro, Version 25H2, OS Build 26200.7462 I've just installed SoftMaker Office. Another bug. When installing programs, sometimes they don't appear in the Start11 menu. Holding down Ctrl to bring up the standard W11 Start menu shows the programs in the "New" section and in the alphabetical all-programs section as expected. Going back to the Start11 menu and the programs are missing. (Sometimes they appear at a later time.) CHANGE Request (If this belongs elsewhere, please let me know.) When hovering the pointer over running programs on the task bar, the pop-up window is teeny tiny - way too small to make out any details. I would like them to be twice as big both vertically and horizontally. Even better would be to let the user choose the size in the Settings.

Found another little bug. Using MS Surface Pen 2 on a MS Surface Studio 2 laptop. Taskbar vertical on the left. Cannot resize the taskbar with the pen even though the double-ended resize arrow shows when hovering the pen over the right hand edge of the taskbar. I would say this is a low priority bug! Just wanted to bring it to your attention.

I have an alternative way of delivering this requirement. Refer to my first screenshot - of the standard W10 Start menu. Although the grouping facility is very useful (for me), a big problem is that the pinned tiles are far too big and many of them don't show any graphical content. Imagine those pinned items being just an icon and the program name (like the icons on your desktop). They could be spaced closer together, so the Start menu would take up less room,
