Reply to Can't activate or register the game? See here first! in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I just reinstalled Windows today and reactivated for the 2nd time since I've owned the game. I was just looking for the sig.bin file in my GalCiv2 directory and it wasn't there. Isn't it suppsed to be? I reinstall Windows fairly frequently and I'm thinking I should save that sig.bin file so I don't have to activate that all the time. Am I understanding this correctly?
