I guess I missed when you posted this one Gideon. I am extremely against eminent domain laws when they are used for things like this. I can understand the use of the law when it is used for expanding roadways or railways. But those uses dont cause people to have to move out of their homes. This is ridiculous. The man is 31 yrs old. If you look up the syndrome there are plenty of places he can get help himself, which it sounds like he was trying to do. The fact that the government jumped in and forced a grown adult into this is horrible. If you read the rest of the article there is a bill going through their legistlature that may make it possible for them to do this more often. Now that is really scary. Great article.

I agree Beebes. He isnt even getting alot of money off of them. If you look at the second link, there are some people doing temporary tatoos that are making almost as much as he is. There is a bartender who has already gotten a $200 bid for a temporary tatoo. And SaveMartha only spent $510 for a permenant tatoo. I think he needs to re think his pricing if he is going to do this. But it seems stupid to me in the first place.
