When you get that picture on your screen, right-click on it and you will get a window opening that you will click on "save picture as". Then you will get another window where you can save the picture as a "jpg" in a folder or any other place on your computer where you want to save this file. Hope this works for you.

Are you sure your not clicking the "Open" instead of the "Save" button. Go to this link http://www.nzone.com/object/nzone_nvwmp10skin_downloads.html for the NVIDIA Windows Media Player 10 Skin and click on the Download (5MB) link. A window will open asking you to "Open" or "Save". If you click the "Save" it will open another window for you to select where you want it saved. What browser are you using?

I tried in comment #7 to ask what version of Windows was on the computer but everyone seemed to bypass that question. Would have saved a lot of brain cells if that would have been resolved in the beginning.

Rauhn; I'm about 500KM from Toronto so don't think I will "drop-by". Try one more thing. Under the General Tab in the "Location" field select "msimn.exe" if you are using Outlook Express as your mail client and then press Apply. If you are using another email program you will need to have that program's executable in the "Location" field. Also, in the Account configuration (where you put Server, Login and Password)

Raun, I take it you are using sympatico with the b1fipxxx ID. If so, in the GT3 mail properties dialog box highlight "Incoming Email notification" (Additional Abilities) and then press Configure. Under Account configuration in the Server field tpye in "POP8.sympatico.ca". without the quotes of course. In the Login field type in your "b1fixxx" user ID. no quotes! Where did you look? If you go to winamp.com and search for win media you will find several win media looking skins. Hope that helps.
