The following is a micro-patch supplied by Stardock's awesome IT guys for those that have already downloaded the full 0.99 and don't want to redownload the 1Gb of stuff for 0.991.  If you haven't downloaded 0.99 then this will not work for you.

Bugs

The Resoln Water Shrine is no longer 0 labor

Raise Land can't be cast on hills anymore

Crash fixes

Reduced the AI Priority on Summon Imp and Summon Familiar (the ai would cast away all their hit points with them)

Fixed a deadlock condition

 

Balance

Reduced Wealthy to +800 Gildar (from +1000 gildar)

Increased Waerloga the Dragonborn to level 20 (from 15)

Made the Lightning Pike rare (instead of uncommon) and reduced its attack slightly

 

AI

AI Managed unit task is now multi-threaded

Improved AI expansion

 

UI

Fixed lots of typos

Are you going to add the balance or feature request that monsters in the their monster lairs everyone levels up not just the main leader. I noticed in one of my recent games that the ruffians lair one was level 4 the others level 1.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings, Derek and Company; but there are now some reports suggesting that your v 0.991 micro-patch may be causing as many problems as it is fixing.     :(      See, for example:

Did you install new or the patch?  If the patch are you running English language or a different language?

I think the issue is the installer on non English. we will know today.
