Beta 5-last delayed until MONDAY

Just a head's up that we're delaying the beta drop until tomorrow. We made a lot of fixes to the movement, monster stuff, UI, and such and we want a little bit more time to test it before we unleash it on the unsuspecting public. ;)

Update: We're going to push it until Monday.  Originally we were going to wait util release to fix the various annoying animation and cosmetic stuff but it was decided that the public beta group should get to see that polish prior to release. So all those guys running in place or the people walking backwards or the other goofy little cosmetic things are going to be fixed up as well as the monster AI tweaks and a bunch of little UI tweaks.

Thanks for the headsup - I am sitting here about to leave the country for 3 weeks - I thought I would grab latest update before going. Now I don't have to sit in anticipation and I can wait until I arrive at my destination to grab it.

I'm kind of glad, I'm in the middle of a good game right now, and was debating on completing it or updating and getting my pony.

Agreed with the above, also in a good game. Just got hit with the random event, world becomes much more dangerous. My whole kingdom just got tons of new baddies dropped in it, yay!

Lord Xia - I think I read in one of the posts (can't remember which), that getting the Pony was a special bonus they had linked to logins as a reward to worthy Beta testers.

I sure hope this isn't some twisted Frogboy payback & you're the only one who can't get the Pony! }:)

And hopefully Brad's, too.

Wise choice on the delay. Overnight coding sessions without a chance to fully test could yield poor results. I'm sure there will still be some unexpected use cases caused by the changes, but appreciated as a better long-term fix for some of the issues with monsters.
