[1.09u] BUG: When one unit is killed in combat, inconsistently locks out ability to continue fighting

First scenario: take a hero and a regular unit into battle. If one of them is killed, SOMETIMES the other unit is unselectable/can't continue the battle. You have to choose 'auto-resolve' to get out of the battle.

Since I rarely lose even one unit in battle, it's harder to reproduce, but it happens about 1/10 of the time (guess).

I have had this happen without any of my units dying, or even taking any damage.its an odd one. Sometimes i will move a unit, make an attack, and then that's it, i have to auto to end it. very strange.

It has also happened to me that all my units have taken their turns, and then i can not skip to the next turn, have to auto to end the fight.

maybe it could be related to moving the units in a different order than the game wants you to use them (shrug  a guess)

I've seen this a few times in the latest builds.  I lost no units, and the AI was down to it's last unit -- an archer.  I moved adjacent to it, but could not melee it (didn't try to cast spells at it, as I had none at the time).  Had to auto-resolve to end the tactical battle.

I've had this at seemingly random times too.  Really, they seem random.  Combat could stop at any time and no further actions can be taken, no attacks, moves, or spells, and the rest of the battle must be auto-resolved.
