[eMOD] Sharper tiles for the cloth map - even visible cliffs - for that old school look.

In the vanilla game, every tiles that is displayed on the cloth map is actually larger than the tile border. (this is intentional)
As a result, the tiles overlap and blend into each other, creating that "painted" look.

That's nice to look at but makes it a lot harder to figure out which tile is which.
I don't want to do trial and error or having to look at the terrain display window to find out what kind of graphics is meant to be in that tile.

So I... altered the deal.

And painted the ocean blue while I was at it. (I had some surplus blue lieing around anyway)

PS:
The only other problem with the cloth map (road visibility) still baffles me.
I know that the 3 files in question are   \Elemental\Gfx\Roads\Road_Tiles*.dds
but I can't successfully edit them to fix that. Possibly it's my ancient Photoshop 5
from last millennium but I can't justify upgrading that just for the WOM road textures. =P

This mod tried to alter the roads by making them darker but doesn't work any more
because the game seems to use an entirely different mechanism now.
My theory is that it actually uses animation files (HKB) to display the 2D roads...

Also see this thread for how to make cliff tiles (and beaches!) identifyable from the cloth map.

These cliffs aren't as pretty as the vanilla ones but I can see which one is a cliff and which is - most likely - a beach.
Just by looking at the map! Umm, waitaminute. Isn't that the point of a map...?
