Show the clock

It would be interesting to see the actual real world time in the gui of the game. To know when it's time to go to bed.

No that is what the sunrise is for!

(seriously though This would be really useful)

Nah. What would be useful is an alarm sound played at a predetermined time.

A loud one. =P

And I'm sure there is software for that already...

This is a feature i always like included into games .... so count my hand raised for this one too.

Frankly, count me out.

I happen to have a watch on my wrist. And on the wall. And on the second monitor.

Don't need another one to take me out of the game back into reality every time I look at it  O:)

In my case, I don't have wall clock, wrist watch or cell phone. So there is no way to tell the time in my living room. Else, when I am using my netbook, I find it annoying to alt-tab into windows just to check the time. So displaying the time in a corner of the gui could help (up right corner could be good)

This was added as an option very late in GalCiv2's development. Seems only reasonable to add it now for Elemental.

Count the seconds while you play?  (very very very bad joke, sorry)

I hadn't noticed the lack of clock despite being a "must have" feature for TBS games. Too much time in Windowed Mode, I suppose. XD

Yes please add this feature

Definitely want this, nice suggestion larienna.

Well, in that case - if added, perhaps add it as an option only?

My feelings are in concurrence with Klaus here.

End of Robert's quote

It already exists, and in an even more complex mechanism.

After a certain amount of time the game crashes and does not allow you to re-enter before restarting the computer!

It's called "out of memory exception" or something like that.

But I think they plan to remove this feature in future patches.

The bastards!
