[Animation Bug?] Archer animation excessive for you?

Archer animation on the tactical combat screen causes a weird semi-circular screen motion, causing the screen to shift to center the archer then take the screen to the target. The result is dizzying to me to the point of nausea.  It's 100% repeatable.   If the screen moved a little it would be ok, but it doesn't do this [centering]  for spell casters when casting ranged attacks.

Does this happen to you? If not, maybe my machine? Windows7 64 HP laptop with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 (M96)

If it does, could Dev's make animation screen centering similar to ranged spellcasting instead of current?

Thanks!

I get the same issue.  The camera goes way back and then the shot goes off and it follows it.  It's worse when the archer in question is not on the screen when he shoots.  Then the arrow comes from one corner of the battlefield instead of the archer and it goes there and follows it to the target.  Very annoying.

Yeah, that would be screen trying to follow the flight of the arrow. It's completely unnecessary, so it would be a good idea to remove it or at least make it optional.

We've altered the auto-camera option for the next update to disable projectile movement as well (previously it only stopped auto-centering when selecting offscreen units).
