[1.05] Out of Memory, Updated Drivers

What Happened: I was merily playing the 1.05 version when suddenly the game crashed and reported memory problems.

 

System:

Vista 64 bit

Intel i7 CPU

ATI HD4800 GPU

6GB RAM

 

Drivers as mentioned in the post title are completely up to date (downloaded today just to be sure!) Catalyst 10.7 for 64 bit.

 

The Debug File: 

Notice that it lists a memory allocation error at the end. (!?)

On another note: Yes I do I have the hotfix etc.. installed as well. Impulse reports there are no new updates.

Also, I can't find whatever crash file the "how to report a problem" post refers to. There is none that I can find. Strange because it did crash. (?!)

Same here I get out of memory errors and makes game un-playable....

 

Is there a known fix?

 

Where should i post the debug information?

ATI has released 10.8 around midday today--please give those a try.

I just checked the ATI drivers page and only found links to 10.7. Maybe I did something wrong and 10.8 is somewhere else, if so could you please point me in the right direction?  I checked on the same page for the 4800 series and they all said 10.7 as well.

 

edit: found a link on another site, though it not being on ATI's drivers page is a little weird

edit2: so apparently if you go through support.amd.com the drivers aren't there, they are in GAME.amd.com    ^_^'
