[BUG/Gameplay] Custom Sovereign pedestrian graphic not viewable on map when in group

The Sovereign moved into the square that Janusk is in; you can see Janusk, Sovereign is there when you click on upper left corner graphic, but doesn't show on map.

Looks like they're both there but just failed to merge into a stack, so they're overlapping. You can see your sovereign's topknot sticking out if you look closely at Janusk.
