[.802][Suggestion] Scale edge scroll speed to zoom level.

Basically the title. Currently if you zoom really far in, then try to scroll the view with the mouse, it moves REALLY fast, while being really far zoomed out makes it REALLY REALLY slow. I find this to be pretty darn annoying, and would much prefer it to be 'constant' (i.e. scaled to zoom).

Yea, I agree with this idea. It would be nice to scale the edge scroll with zoom level.
