[BUG] dual monitors causes elemental to only show black screen

from Elemental Forums

steps to recreate(requires multiple monitors):

1. Play elemental

2. Move mouse to monitor not displaying Elemental (most games do not allow this functionality)

3. Click mouse button

Results in a black screen for Elemental that so far the only way i know to fix is with the Task Manager then starting over.

I was able to duplicate this error.

Also I had a program pop up minimizing Elemental (windows restart request), what happened was that the cloth map pretty much disappeared (all terrain features vanished).  Units were able to be seen if they were within sight range.  Building a city then going to the menu did not refresh the terrain features.
