[Bug] - City Graphics Disapeared

Please note all city graphics are missing after i snapped out of the program to use jing and came back (effectively minimizing the program and then coming back in).

Also, right before I was going to take a picture of what may be a bug of being unable to choose city building tiles. the images of the houses did not snap to the building squares.
