Peregan the Ranger's Survivalist skill doesn't work as in description. Army still suffers terrain penalties. 4 movement point to cross 2 forest squares.
I've always wondered if only the first hero allows their ability to effect the army. I've noticed the same thing about Peregan though.
I have reported this to the developers.
