Quick Question about License Copy & Laptop

Hi All: I purchased a copy of FE from Stardock.com last week. Really digging the game! I'm wondering if I can install another copy to a laptop I want to purchase tomorrow. Do I need to score another copy? Please don't think I'm a "scam artist" trying to get over on Stardock! That's not the case. The laptop I'm looking @ is fairly entry-level. Here is the link:

I'll bump-up the RAM to 8GB. I'm sure it will run fair enough w/ a 2.7 GHz (dual-core) CPU & the ATI 7520G video card @ 1366x768 resolution. I'm wondering do I get another digital copy?

Any insight?

Yes you can do this. I've put FE on 3 different comps of mine.

If you have a Steamworks copy, you abide by Steam's rules, which allow it but you can't have two copies running at the same time on Steam.

Hey Alock,

Although I didn't actually buy FE {somebody at Stardock named Brad sent out an email to people who had bought original Elemental game giving Free Download of FE}, I do have it installed on 2 PCs {desktop & Laptop}. Stardock games can be accessed through your account that you create with Stardock, and you can then download to any number of PCs {I have not gone beyond 2 PCs}....

Thanks guys! I appreciate it the replies. Ok...so it's a good to go then. Good news. Heading down to mom & dad's place in Florida for a week with the new laptop. I wonder just how much I'm going to hate Windows 8! I may buy an OEM Windows 7 from Newegg & install over the new HD.

Simon: I live in Gloucester, MA. It's been 8-16 degrees for the past few days! I have a nice fire cranking @ the moment. Can't say I'll miss the weather when I'm gone. My parents live in Stuart, FL. so....I won't make it down to South Beach (2+ hours away) but I'll drink plenty of cocktails just the same! I really like FE! It's a soild game in the likes of Masters of Magic, though different. Be well!
