[1.004][Bug]The Shroud Quest Capture the Darkling City doesn't work

Hello, I think it's a bug. I've taken the Darkling city of Deorcnysse, but the quest is still active, I didn't get any reward nor Deorcnysse have any zone of control.

I've had this happen before, but it was a long time ago in an old beta. I haven't even see this wildland in any game I have played over the last few weeks, wasn't even sure it was still in the game.

What happened to me, was the city had no zone of control at all, so I couldn't use the darkling resources after I conquered it, but I think the quest did end for me. I remember having the city, but no zone of control, and something else was broken with it too...I know I reported it, but it was a long time ago.

I played with a custom faction and didn't bother with the wildling armies but headed straight to the city and captured it, nothing happened. I've even reloaded and did it again to no avail. Maybe it was my custom faction which somehow prevented me from finishing the quest. Nevertheless FE is a great game, thank you for it

I ran into this today, on the wildlands dlc map (running 1.1 on Steam). Magnar had conquered the city earlier in the game (man did his faction rating shoot up), but the shroud remained/no zone of control for the city. The notice that Magnar had conquered the city of the Darklings did appear, if that matters.

I've now conquered the city, and the shroud remains. Resources next to the city can't be used, and roads don't provide the movement bonus within the shrouded area. I tried saving/loading, and restarting the game to no avail. Any workarounds for this or is that area just going to be useless for the remainder of the game?

I've had the capturing and zone of control working properly in my last game but the city is level 35 and shoots up the faction score of whoever captures it.

How is it supposed to work? Does the entire shroud become that city's zone of control?
