[BUG][0.77] The Wildlands city of Deorcnysse never has influence.

[Problem]

The conquered city at the heart of one of the Wildlands does not grow influence.

 

[Steps to Reproduce]

Uncertain. I don't think I've had this particular world event before.

I have uploaded the save game containing the city here:

City is in the lower left quadrant of the map. It has 180 souls and is currently level 2.

 

[Expected behavior]

I expected that the city would grow influence just like any other city, once the wildland was cleansed.

I had this happen too.  I ended up surrounding it with outpost, but in reality the best thing to do is sadly just raze it and build your own otwn.  hope they get this fixed, as its a neat concept.

Having the same problem in my current game. Raze it damn, it's in the perfect location, I was hoping it would grow when it levelled up. Outposts... I might have to go that route.
