When in the 'Build new Buildings' window, a Barracks does not show that the 'Unit Training Discount' is changing from +10 to +25%. The Command Post and War College both properly display upgrading values, but the Barracks does not.

I think I found out why. The Training Yard uses <UpgradeComparisonID>1</UpgradeComparisonID> for both the Accuracy bonus and the Training Discount. It should be changed to 2 for the Discount.
