[Suggestion] I Need To Know Which City Is My Capital - Continues in .981

I save the feeble tower for when I have a city with no essence. It makes up for the lack of cleric.

Bah, township them up, taxes doesn't hit unrest
I usually township non essence tiles, so they can boost all the essence tiles, although I do find a few essence tiles each game.

Unfortunately the color of the space pony is hardcoded for the sake of realism. A red space pony is just ridiculous.
