[0.915][Bug] How Long Is -1 Seasons Really?

I had an Outpost built that linked to a city experiencing excessive unrest (capped at 100%). After jacking the tax rate to Oppressive and then building a shrine, I was informed of the following ETA to completion:

So is -1 Seasons the same thing as "What are you smoking?"

-1 is the numerical indicator of "forever" in the XML.

-1 seasons is the equivalent of a builder's estimate i.e nowhere near what you end up paying.

This is... a shame
Better visual display would show and infinite symbol as time left, but also this would leave a huge question mark for inexperienced players as to what is happening (mostly why it takes forever and a couple of days to build)
