I dont see this, neither does anyone here in the office. Is it intermittant? Is anyone else seeing this?
It's intermittant for me, I had it on the first time I started a new game. Made this post and then restarted Fallen Enchantress and the tooltips where working again. It's also reported by Hawawaa in this thread https://forums.elementalgame.com/415305#reply
Strings are there now.
I had this error when I played yesterday. I played the tutorial first then went to start a single player game. Haven't had time to check if I can reproduce it yet.
