Why are there no unit flags on the map? There are city flags that you can turn on/off, but no units has flags or did I miss something?

I would like flags, and it would be nice if they showed which faction the unit is from, how strong it is overall and what health it has overall (maybe only for your units).

The flags would also show when you are stationed in a town, so it's easier to find see them when in town.

Also a secondary request is when you select a unit, to show possible move area for one turn only (like when building in cities, they show where you can build with green squares). And also when you have a unit selected and click to move very far away, show how long time (number of turns) it will take to get there.
