Every time I play, on any difficulty setting, Resoln comes out to the front of the pack in terms of kingdom troop count, research, everything. There will be other AI kingdoms set to the exact same difficulty setting and they will have half or less of the power that Resoln has. Curious I decided to get a closer look at their kingdom, so I used the map cheat to take a look.

I found:

10X 9 stack boar spear wielding Leather Cuirass clad soldiers

10X 4 stack boar spear wielding Leather Cuirass clad soldiers

8X 1 stack boar spear wielding Leather Cuirass clad soldiers

and a handful of swordsmen in patchy armour.

Now if I wanted to field the exact same army, with the same equipment, and the same stack numbers that would run me 84 gilder in wages. Yet when I checked the diplomacy screen they were running a income of 34.50g/turn. This is with money changers, two more kingdoms than I had, and less gold mines than me.

Is there a legit reason for this?
