What I don't get is that why the system didn't store the Impulse account details that you need to login to use in order to purchase the game.
Regardless of what email address you have paypal assigned to. It just doesn't make sense to me.
I have emailed them the information, but they haven't sent any keys to any email.
It is very very frustrating that its taking this long to sort out, and it'll probably be a week in total before it gets fixed without any consulation.
(I can't count the times I've checked Impulse for the game to show up like the email says it would, or how many times I've refreshed my email addresses, whilst stressing through 8 hours of study a day I might add...)
Very good forum support from the staff, but inefficient customer service outside the forums it seems...
