Anyone ran into this in 1.01?
I'm level 5 and I go into a quest area and the window says (your current notable location level is 1, and this location requires a minimum level of 3. Your level can be raised (then it is cut off so you can't see the rest). Is this a bug because I am level 5 OR is this because I have to complete some chain quests and need to do level 1 then level 2 quest before I can do this level 3?
