Exactly what it sounds like. Whenever I try to research Veteran Troops, the game CTD's.

Is this the same bug reported in this thread? It reports a CTD on trying to research any tech without any intermediate miestones.
That it does. Will post any other wierd techs that aren't mentioned elsewhere here.
This has been resolved internally for a future update.
Not quite. Now, when I try to research the tech it says it will be done in 0 turns. When I click next turn, the research bar fills and the time to complete changes to "never". It stays that way forever, and I never get whatever the tech unlocks.
That's been the behavior from previous builds before the crash bug.
Basically the tech doesn't unlock anything, because the tech data is incomplete. I figure that once the tech data is complete, no techs will be completely dead-end like this.
