The Vista beta stops june 1st of 07 rather than july 1st of 07 or the public release, and you should be able to use the 64 bit or the 32 bit version with the AMD64 proc...Though there is less driver support for the 64 bit. If you have a 32 bit CPU, then you will only be able to use the 32 bit Vista version. Of course many a smarter man before me have been wrong and I am in no way immune to falicy.
