I am a people watcher too. I am not much of a mall girl but every now and then its fun to check it out. I've been thinking about getting my eyes checked. I notice that I can't see far away as well anymore. Up close, I seem to be okay. Good riddance to the bifocals you didn't need anyway.

I have been feeling sentimental, nostalgic...maudlin of late. I think it is horrible to live in the past and always think what's done was so much better than what we have now. I will be sad when newspapers go. I have read the newspaper for as long as I can remember. My first job was delivering the newspaper. BUT my local paper recently DOUBLED it's price per issue and cut its content. I understand they are in a struggle to survive but I'm with you, raising prices doesn't really help. Really I think it might make more sense to offer free papers to increase circulation.

I agree that ther is a big difference between self defense and attack. I am all for peace and sometimes it really makes me sad that society hasn't grown past the point of killing each other to solve our differnces. That being said there are things that are worth dying for. What am I saying, I don't know but I wanted to comment.
I stamped, colored and glittered some dominoes that I am going to use to make necklaces for my imaginary etsy store that I really am going to start someday soon. I also practiced face painting some calaveras. I wish I were a better painter. It's hard painting yourself in the mirror though. That's my excuse anyway.

Sorry, you're hurting. I hope tommorow is a better, less painful day. I can't imagine living with chronic pain. I really can't imagine how you do your job when you are suffering. I know you do what you have to do but I think it would be a real challenge.
I believe in the law attraction to a certain extent. I don't think it's magic but I do believe that your thoughts can attract those things to your life. As for the first, serendipity, coincidence? I don't know. Sometimes things seem that they can't just be chance.
