Pop up stoppers with windowblinds etc. in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Well I was just wondering if anyone knew how to fix this or am I just going to have to live with it for ever. Well I have a pop up stopper and you have to press ctrl to open up a new page when you already have one open. Well when I hold ctrl and open up another Internet Page its not skinned. Anyone else have this problem? If so is there anyway to fix this? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/

I just need to know how to show desktop icons I am using this skin here: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?searchtext=alpha&sort=updatedate&order=Descending&library=31 And i want to be able to show desktop icons, but with this new program the desktop 2.0, I cannot figure out how. It was a program where you could use like windowblinds, desktopx, icon packager and so on with 1 program. I forgot what that was anyone know? Does it still exist? It was to save space and be more organized if you had it.

Ok just look at my profile and for my desktop screen shot I have circled in red what is messed up. Like a rectangel "box" is unskinned and it used to be. I wouldnt call my self compulsive, but it bugs me knowing it was skinned and now its not. If anyone knows how to fix this?

ok ill make it clear lol sorry for the confusion. Well i have IE and when i click a link it brings it up in a new window. But the window is not maximized, its not minimized but inbetween mode where its like a half screen. Is there an option just to make it so when i click on a new link and when it opens up in a new window to automatically maximize?
