I wanna know when the first user hits the 100 Mb cap. I think that's be interesting. I don't imagine I've DL'd 10 MB of zipped skins since I've joined. It would be interesting also for users to have some sort of indication (think bar graph) of how much stuff they've DL'd. Especially if you need to (ahem) budget your DL's. What think ye?

Frame of reference. I was recently offered an assignment to to a high profile single Windowblinds skin for an upcoming movie tie-in. The deal fell through due to a lack of lead time, but the job was to pay twice Frogboy's theoretical minimum starting point.

Sorry karla, I hijacked your thread to test something I subscribed recently and I wanted to see if that little icon was appearing in my posts.

davad70, I think you're missing a cruicial point. While many web hosts have large free hosting capacity for storage, they still place bandwidth caps on data transfer. When you exceed that allotment, you either shut down for the month or pay more for excess bandwidth. How much are you willing to pay to give your stuff away?

One more... A grizzly bear walks into a bar and orders a beer. The barkeep replies "Forget it, we don't serve bears beer in this bar". The bear becomes angry, threatens the bartender "You see that gal at the end of the bar? If you don't serve me my beer, I'm gonna eat her right here!" The bartender stands his ground and says; "Sorry pal, I could lose my license, No beer for you." With that, the grizzly walks to the end of the bar and kills her, and eats her! The bear goes back

OK - found it. It's with each skins section. I'd still like a global search. But right now, I'm looking at lots of Times New Roman font where there used to be Arial(?) or Tahoma (?)

Loidboid, it was a skin in development that another skinner had shared with me. It shouldn't be out in the wild wreaking havoc. JAFO, The MTB riding has been infrequent at best, the weather here has been very rainy and the trails are soup. It's been raining every weekend here for about a month. Pffft!

OK - that was it, a corrupt skin. I deleted the offending skin and reinstalled WB 3.3a and it's working fine now. Odd. I installed the 3.3a update over the previous install without uninstalling this time. I still had to reset the scrollbars and titlebars back to normal sizes. Thanks guys.

Blah! I've installed 3.3a and I keep getting errors while trying to run WB config or choose skins from the Appearances dialog. Fails to run .dll as an app or somesuch. I'm also getting "The instruction at "0x77f53d1d" referenced memory at "0x69726fa0". The memory could not be "read" Click OK to terminate the program." Upon program exit. I'd love to go back to RC 3.2 but it claims it's a time limited GUI 'lympics version. Also after uninstalling WB the Windows classic titlebar a

Right... I hope your requests were better phrased than the one posted here. Basically, you've demanded several hours of additional work from someone who's already given you a great skin as a gift... 3 times. And NO, no one is going to jump his ass about it for you!

"Reuters reported today that unknown terrorists have crashed three Air France jetliners into the Eiffel Tower" Yeah Brad - goddam hilarious. NOT. WWW = WORLD wide web. not everybody finds this US centric "humor" homorous or appropriate. Yes, I understand satire. I also understand gross over generalizations and stereotypes. So one French national made a judgement error. How soon we choose to forget the whole Salt Lake/Olympic commitee bribery scandal.
