OK Many bugs squashed and suggesteions implemented (almost all - thanks guys) Q&A section and comments addressed: The scorpion wallpaper image is on Wallpapers page 2 the model is in the resources section. I used... Photoshop, Texturizer (text editor) and Frontpage 2002 - (Audience gasps). I know Dreamweaver is probably a much better app, but I've grown accustomed to FP's quirks. That and DW is still damned expensive. I resist the warez demons, so that's not an option

I dislike these type of posts, but I respect the opinions here, so I'm seeking some feedback. First off, the splash screen, stay or go? Some people really hate them, some folk don't care either way. It's not a fixture, so killing it is painless for me. So... comments? bugs? Browser compatability issues? I do. Not selling skins via online retail though, but through private and corporate commission. Mostly it's development of hard coded GUI elements not "skins" per se.

Well, I think that has to do with the complexity of skinning WA3. The photoskinners and casual "toss one together in a day or so" skinners don't seem to have the skikls / patience / aptitude to skin all that WA3 offers. There's like 5 million images and 63 pages of XML... /me notes he hasn't skinned Winamp 3 for the above reasons.

Sure, I've had several incarnations of it. It started out simple than got more ambitious. At one point I had a very well known php coder working with me creating a dynamic scripted skins database. Then it all went to hell after several server swaps by my provider. It became an unwieldy mess, so I killed it and went super simple. Driving home today, I saw a two vehicle caravan for Biohazard Solutions (1-800-***-BLOOD). According to their vehicle signage, they specialize in suicide and homicide clean-up. What a job, no?
