Well, it might get too chaotic with too many options. In late game it's the winner's game to lose.... it's mostly strategic.... if you are losing there is little chance to fight back.... The other part of all this is that this game is fast-paced and fairly "simple"... I think a much more slow/sophisticated/complex game could pull off more varied late game strategy stuff, but not sure about this one.

Allow me to elaborate.... when I am trying to quickly gather resources from buildings, they may have 4 or 3 interaction icons when I click them. I often click "demolish" instead of "pick up the goods" because the demolish icon doesn't stay in the same place between 3/4 interaction icons.

A number of players frequently grumble about the general lack of players. Really it is a bit of a narrow game niche, we're still in beta, and the game doesn't have a lot of advertising, so that should be expected. But later on, let's say 3-4 years from now, or whenever sales start falling off a cliff, there will be very few players. Multiplayer will be dead. I have an idea to fix that a bit.... I don't know if it has been done before....: Invite a Steam

I find that (in multiplayer), it is more important to get a pile of cash to buy other players (versus single player against AI), and to do that one of the best ways is to make sure you are self-sustaining for most of the resources you will need (at least late-game)... otherwise it becomes too much to manage and you end up frantically building and rebuilding, killing your cash pile. Up to a few minutes in though, it definitely matters. Although I would say it matters a l

[quote who="celandire" reply="4" id="3567291"] thanks. Yes I could have bought their entire company for $1 so 30million times over. My point is how are they allowed to just build debt and get 4million to buy me out while they have 7.5 million in debt. Also my main question is: is you cash separate from your company and its stock price or would the enemy company have gotten my $30mil when they bought my company? 1) Why is it that ships are attacking one at a time against a single enemy? 2) More importantly, *WHAT* is going on with these beams of light on MANY screens? Can anyone help? 2b) Edit: reloaded (after game crashed from loading... this was maybe the 6th time loading in a single session...) and the beam goes away. Memory leak in loader? Graphics card: GEFORCE GTX 560M. (Edit: this should be in support, I guess. Sorry.) &nbsp

Please don't forget TEAM CHAT. How do we really play teams without team chat? > Shift+Del will now delete all buildings of the same type That's kinda odd. Why not let it just delete en masse just like shift+[place building] does.. or wut? Edit: also, there was a bug where someone built their base in Reveal Map right away, and then some time later I (as host and 2nd player to build) built my Research base... my stock price was $18 (the other 2 guys had a stock p
