Hmmm...I have access to the gamma builds with less than Diplomat status. And yes I'm sure, since I have 0.90[b].013 downloaded which has the campaign. I guess that I slipped through the cracks. I also have that version with the option to downgrade. It is a totally new version with all new ship designs and big change in AI. (they are nasty). Oth

give us pre-pay guys and galls (how many? 20, 30?) access to the Gamma as a treat but NOT the bug feedback forum so that we can enjoy the gamma as a bit orf a reward I guess they took your advice. I now have the gamma version and it is neat. The new intro is in and lots of changes, graphics, etc.
Still getting silent surrender. Clicked the turn button and Bam got 4 planets on the other side of the Galaxy before I even met them. Got a flipped planet (Wisp) from the Altarians with zero population and zero resources. Had to pay cash for a farm and finally started growing some population, from what I don't know. I tried to send in a colony ship with 500,000 but it did not add the population. I thought when you parked a colony ship the human cargo was added to the planet
Yes derekroth, that is the problem. Either I have done something wrong or there are still some bugs in ship design.
I agree there should be more willingness on the part of the other majors to accept the inevidable and mainly we should have the ability to do to them what they can do to us.
if the AI surrender to another AI: you aren't warned. Perhaps in GCII but in GCI you weren't warned but ut was announced
I had the same thing happen with the Iconians. Bam, they're mine early in the game with no notice and no threat by me. It was the first time I have ever had a major surrender to me in I or II.
Playing A gigantic game, (normal difficulty) in my first contact with a minor race, I asked for tribute of several techs. To my surprise they agreed to pay tribute but the techs were not delivered. It would probably amount to a bug if they did agree but shouldn't they refuse rather than agree and not deliver
I havve desugned ships that show up in future games but never become available even when the tech is attained. Surely it will not be necessary to re-design ships for every game. I would like to have the ability to design all ship classes without the tech and then get the ability to build when the tech is available. Will this be possible?
Should be a great game when done, meanwhile: I always get CTD when trying to load a saved Gigantic. I also had a CTD problem with a Huge but it may have been event related. In any case the autosaves would not reload The SB list of modules does not scroll. There should be a flag on any SB when it is full and the flag disapears when more modules come on line. Deleted ship designs reappear in future games. Will there be pre-done designs or temp
For the last week or so everytime I log on to SDC I get a dialogue box that says errors were detected and they are being repaired. All this takes place in about 2 seconds and I have no problems while online. Since it happens every time should I uninstall and reinstall SDC or is it something that will go away with the next update?
Thanks, that fixed it. What irony. You might consider posting an installation note on this. I would have never figured a Stardock game would be incompatible with WB
My computer: P4, 3ghz, 1g ram, Geforce 6800 video, SB audiology I get the opening window but when select GR or ROTE nothing happens. I have deleted and reinstalled the game and SC but no success. Any ideas?
