The Wilding Hermit has 4 Abilities. As you've pointed out, Coalstones and Summon Wilding are working as intended. There are issues with Counterspell, but it is able to use it. Summon Ignys (Ability) on the other hand, isn't working for the AI because of how it's set up. It's fixable through Mods. At any rate, Summon Ignys shouldn't prevent the Wilding Hermit from moving as the AI doesn't use the Spell at all. What likely happened is the Wilding Hermit had alrea

@Stardock I think LH 2.0 is officially live as there's no more Opt-in option and the Ultimate Edition is out, but could you confirm whether or not the official LH 2.0 buildID should be 802221 and whether or not the official LegendaryHeroes.exe should be dated October 05, 2015? Just asking because it doesn't look like I've received anything new today. Thanks.

Counterspell Spell is being cast on non-casting units (e.g. Militia) while a casting unit is casting a Spell (My Sovereign was casting Blizzard and the enemy Champion cast Counterspell on a Militia).
