I think it would be great to add a new faction ability: the multi-specialist ability, that allow to research all the specialized technologies. For example, a player can research only one of the following techs: - Barren worlds mastery - Frozen worlds mastery - Aquatic worlds mastery With the multi-specialist ability, the player will be allowed to research all these technologies.
