Never mind, I see -- I need influence to build a dragon camp. I am still uncertain about the shadow warg thing.

After unlocking "Dances with Dragons" I find that I need to build a camp. How do I unlock building of camps? I cannot see anything about camps in my research options. Also, how do I get my shadow wargs to be summoned with a level higher than 0? Summoner III does not appear to achieve this.

Sometimes i get into a condition where my turn seems to end early. For example, production had stopped on several of my cities and it seemed like each time I added something to the build queue of one of these cities that my turn would end. So I wound up with an invading army crossing several territories and attacking my well defended research conclave without ever actually seeing the army on the way in. On a game-related note (but probably a second bug), when I muster an a
